Named after the blue agave plant from which it originates, Agavero is a blend of two tequilas. The añejo is aged 18 months; the reposado, six months to one year. The finishing touch is essence of the damiana flower, which is indigenous to the mountains of Jalisco. At a lighter 64 proof, Agavero may be enjoyed straight, on the rocks or in cocktails, such as the Mexican Margarita Puro, a mix of Agavero and tequila.
